We are looking to hire a Youth Pastor who will develop and cultivate a thriving Student Ministry:
Sunday Services – Approximately 1 hour; 10am to 11am:
- Attend Sunday morning services
- Interact with students and families at services
- Promote upcoming Youth events
- Work with students
- Serve on a Sunday Morning Team
Tuesday Staff Meeting – Approximately 1 hour; 10am to 11am:
- Prep info for staff meeting
- Attend weekly staff meetings
Wednesday Student Service – Approximately 3 hours; 4:30pm to 7:30pm:
- Plan, prepare, and execute weekly Student Services
- Set up games, group times, and messages
Weekly Responsibilities – Approximately 5 hours
- Maintain and coordinate all communication efforts with students and parents (calls, text, and messages)
- Development of discipleship process for students
- Connect with key students
- Follow-up with first-time students
- Recruit new volunteers, follow-up with their Background Check Process, assimilate new workers through orientations and trainings
- Pastoral Care for Student Ministry Leaders and students
- Plan and register for annual Summer Camp
- Maintain accurate Planning Center database of student and parents
- Design outreach events to reach students
2nd Tuesday of the month School District Community Partner Meeting – Approximately 1 hour – 8am-9am
